In Lieu of Labour Day, Pharmacy College Club organized 'Oration Competition' on 30th April 2022. Participants were given two topics-'Stop Child Labour' and 'Safety and Security at Workplace'. They were invited to express their views on any one of suggested topics. 15 students of B. Pharm and M. Pharm participated. Ms Jasvir Kaur and Dr Sonia Singla were the event judges. Winners were decided based on the content, way of presentation and confidence. Sakshi of B. Pharm 2nd Sem bagged 1st Position. Mehak (B. Pharm 2nd Sem) and Himanshu (B. Pharm 4th Sem) were awarded 2nd position. Third position was bagged by Bipin (B. Pharm 4th Sem) and Vishal (B. Pharm 2nd Sem). Md Alamgir got consolation prize. Dr Satvinder Kaur, Professor and Principal, was also present in the programme. She congratulated the participants for excellent efforts and encouraged them to participate in such events in future. Winners were awarded certificated by Principal mam. The event was organized by Dr Parneet Kaur Deol, Coordinator, Pharmacy College Club.
