Pharmacy College Club and Red Ribbon Club jointly celebrated World Hypertension Day on 17 May 2022. The day was celebrated by hosting interactive lectures and skit highlighting the significance of the day. Poster making competition was also organized in which more than 30 students participated. Mr Jaswinder Singh and Mr Lalit were the event judges. Priya Mishra (B. Pharm 2 nd Sem) and Vimal Verma (B. Pharm 6 th Sem) bagged 1 st Position. Jashanpreet Kaur (B. Pharm 6 th Sem) and Arman Khan (B. Pharm 8 th Sem) were awarded 2 nd position. Third position was bagged by Rupinder Kaur Grewal (B. Pharm 6 th Sem) and Jaismeen Kaur (B. Pharm 4 th Sem). Lovepreet Singh of D. Pharmacy 2 nd Year was awarded consolation prize. Dr Satvinder Kaur, Professor and Principal, was also present in the programme. She congratulated the participants for excellent efforts and encouraged them to participate in such events in future. Winners were awarded with certificates by Principal mam.
